Declarer wins the ace of clubs and cashes the four top spades,
throwing all four heart honours from dummy. Now a diamond to the
queen, cash the ace of diamonds, and lead the ª2 towards the © 9
3. East can win the ©10 but then must put declarer in hand to cash
the diamond winners. |
