• Host City
Jurmala is the biggest resort city on the shores of the Baltic Sea in a comfortable geographical location – just twenty kilometres from the capital of Latvia, Riga, or several hours drive from Tallinn and Vilnius. The presence of the sea, the 24-kilometre-long beach, dunes surrounded by pine trees and the romantic wooden architecture ensure the unique ambience of the city. In our modern days wild nature, modern spa hotels, cultural heritage and a contemporary city for entrepreneurship and holidays coexist in Jurmala. The sight you cannot miss is the Kemeri Resort Park, the oldest and largest public garden in Latvia outside Riga and its 42-metre-high Kemeri Water Tower with panoramic platforms.
