Directly in the “Ribarsko Ostrvo” resort there are 53 spacious and nicely decorated rooms, 28 of them with a double bed and 25 with twin beds. These are offered at a first-come-first-served basis, so do not hesitate and get in touch with the organizers asking for the proper solution. The rates, including breakfast, are 42 EUR per person per night if occupied by a single person and 26 per person per night if occupied by two people. Lunch and dinner is offered at the restaurant in the resort for a unit price is 10 EUR, i.e. while staying at the “Ribarsko Ostrvo” resort you can enjoy full board for as low as 46 EUR per day.

We are in touch with other very good restaurants, some of them offering a variety of our local fish specialities, some more traditional ones, where participants can enjoy a benefit in the form of discounts offered specially for bridge players.

For those, who opt for staying outside the resort or just happen to be late with their arrangements, hotel Vigor is some 2 km from the venue plus there is a number of hotels available in the centre of Novi Sad. In such case the organizers guarantee a very affordable transfer to the venue by a taxi, the price is 5 EUR. So let the organizers know your preference.

While still in Novi Sad you can enjoy guided sight-seeing tours of our city and/or the Vojvodina region we prepared together with the Tourism Organisation of Vojvodina and Novi Sad. Just raise your hand and we’ll arrange one according to your wishes and number of participants.

 • Transport

We can offer you the following transfer options from the/to the nearby airports:

• “Nikola Tesla” Airport, Belgrade, Serbia; distance from the venue 80 km, price is 40 EUR per 4 persons,
• Airport in Timisoara, Romania, distance from the venue 160 km, 80 EUR per 4 person
• Airport in Osijek, Croatia, distance from the venue 104 km, 50 EUR per 4 persons.

For those coming by train or coach, the organiser will arrange the transfer from the railway and/or coach station in Novi Sad to the venue and back, price is 5 EUR per 4 persons.

For all those coming by their own cars, there is a big parking lot inside the “Ribarsko Ostrvo” resort where you can park your car free of charge during your entire stay.

The event will start with a brief opening ceremony on Sunday, October 20th at 8 p.m. followed by a snack buffet.

The competition commences the next morning, its format and schedule will be announced once we know the number of participating teams.

There is no entry fee for the Small Federations games.

 • Prizes

First 3 places in the Small Federations Games receive EBL master points and cups.

In the pairs and teams tournaments there will be CASH prizes and cups.
