The start of the Open, Women and Senior Teams means that three more European Open titles and the gold medals that go with them are up for grabs.
In the Senior Teams Kaminski top their group with maximum points, while Penfold and Poland lead their respective groups in the Women’s event, having given up only one point. In the Open event the day’s top scorers were Apteker, who amassed 90 VP, three more than Bessis, Izisel and Poland.
