The official program with the detailed schedule of the matches and events available after the deadline of the registrations when it is possible to know the exact number of the teams participating in each category. • Schedule of Matches For the matches in PDF file format click on the series: • Registration Registration of teams for all three championships, which must be from the Federation, should be sent, by 15 April 2004. It is very important that this deadline is respected to enable us to define the format and schedule of play. Registration of players' names must be made by 30 April 2004.

Senior Teams Registration The permitted systems are described in the 2004 European Championships Systems Regulations. Advance registration of systems is not required for the Senior series. Two copies of the Convention Card must be handed to the person in charge of the Systems Desk at least two hours before the start of the Championship. Each pair must have two copies of the Convention Cards at the table. One copy must be handed to each opponent at the beginning of each round. • Rules & Regulations In accordance with a decision by the EBL Executive Committee, matches between teams can be skipped in case there are no diplomatic relations between the two countries; in all other cases, matches must be played. The Championship Chairman will announce, at the Captains' meeting, if there is such situation; if so, he will explain how the match(es) will be scored. • Rules & Regulations: Open - Women • Rules & Regulations: Seniors • Codes The EBL Dress Code will apply.
