Open, Women’s and Senior Pairs Format

The pairs will be divided into groups of 13/16 tables and will play 3 qualifying sessions of 24 boards each. After this the first one third of the field (included the pairs coming from the Teams KO) will go to semifinal A and the others to semifinal B.

In both semifinals the pairs will play 3 sessions of 24 boards each. After this the first 7 pairs from semifinal B and the first 39/45 (depending on the pairs coming from the Teams final) from semifinal A will play the final.

The final will be played by 52 pairs, over 102 boards, with the barometer system.
