Mixed Pairs Format

The pairs will be divided into groups of 13/16 tables and will play two qualifying sessions of 24 boards each. After this the first one third of the field (including the pairs coming from the Teams KO) will go to semifinal A and the others to semifinal B.

In both semifinals the pairs will play two sessions of 24 boards each. After the first 3 pairs from the semifinal B and the first 25/29 (depending on the pairs coming from the Teams' final) from Semifinal A will play the final.

The final will be played by 28/32 pairs, over 54/62 boards, with the barometer system.
